I need some help understanding #12. is it just me or is that some sketchy wording?
Because, doesn't the interchangeability of G/F making it B, 2 choices?

F and G won't be interchangeable in this case...
The new information in the question stem along with the 2nd constraint establishes the order for the taped/live aspect:
T L T L T
1 2 3 4 5
Since I and G are both from Seattle and the calls from Seattle are live we can establish the following order for the callers:
M I H G F callers
T L T L T taped/live
V S K S V city
1 2 3 4 5
I think you forgot that G is from Seattle...
