If we look at our chains for this game, we see the first rule telling us these two things:
~R --> N -> L
~N --> R --> M and ~L
It looks like we could have two people in either of those scenarios, so let's frame them out:
If R is out
N, L | R, M, P, Q
If N is out
R, M | L, N, P, Q
Is anything the same in both? The IN column is different each time, but P and Q show up in the OUT column in each world. So we'd expect the must be true answer to be P or Q is OUT.
