I got 17 right but ended up having to assess each answer choice individually. This took a bit too much time. Any better/more efficient ways to solve this one? Thanks!

The question tells us that there is at least one other person use exactly 1H and 1R. Since each person uses exactly three kinds of flowers. The two available combiniations for these two person is H, R, G, G and H, R, L, L. And since the rule tells us that only one person can use two lilies(L,L). There must be at least one person uses H, R, G, G and this refer to the answer E.
