Why isn't the answer to question 2 A?

H has to come before Z, but it can do so on Monday. Restriction number 1 concerning H and Z never said H has to come some DAY before Z, just some time before Z.

You're going to kick yourself: the final restriction prohibits two sessions on Monday. Otherwise, you'd be correct; they can appear on the same day so long as H comes before Z on that day.
