i am having trouble with the set up of this game.
the 3rd rule " kate is the first female, but not the first student, to attend a class". i am reading that to mean:
1. K can not attend a class by herself
2. a male as to attend the first in any class K attends.


please explain

Let's break this down.

Kate is the first female to attend a class. All this means is that no other females can be before her or with her. They're all after! It doesn't mean she has to be alone (she could be with a male or males).

But she's not the first student.

Now we know someone's ahead of her. But it has to be a guy. So what we know is:

Someone [Male] -- Kate -- Rest of the Females
