Q26

Can anyone explain the difference between (A) "The Biological Underpinnings of Musical Emotions" and (B) "The Psychology of Listener Response to Muisic
?

I was thinking that "Biological" thing should include some kind of explanation about our bodies' unnoticed phenomena or interacthions, meanwhile "Psychology" focus more narrowly about our emotional topics like how our nerve systems interact. Can anyone confirm or deny what I think?

Psychology is a soft science. :)

The biological underpinnings of musical emotions would be like
your heartbeat, your bloodpressure, your muscle contractions, your digestive system, etc.

The psychology of listener response could be stuff like:
"We find a way to hate a song if our best friend insists that we'll love it"
"If we're in a good mood that day, we're more likely to listen to jazz"
etc.
