You got it! A classically tough wrong answer for an identification question.
We do learn why high lipid levels are dangerous - it contributes to heart disease - and we do learn that endothelial cell reactivity and platelet adhesiveness are also linked to heart disease, but we never learn about a connection between the two factors of heart disease.
In fact, aren't high lipid levels dangerous for the same reason that increased endothelial cell reactivity and platelet adhesiveness are dangerous?
(Now, as part of your LSAT prep, say "increased endothelial cell reactivity and platelet adhesiveness" five times really fast!)
