If the 4th spot is a 'u', then we'll update our master diagram to look like this:

__ __ G __ __
..r.......u

We know that F and K use one 'r' and one 'u'.
We know that J uses the other 'u'.

Since there are only two u's, G and H will have to be 'r'. Let's update that.
__ __ G __ __
..r.......r...u

Where could we put the KF chunk? It could be 1/2 or 4/5. Let's frame those.
K F G _ _
r.....r..u

_ _ G K F
r.....r u

We know that J is 'u', and we know that F and K must mismatch in terms of 'r' / 'u', so we can fill in more.
K F G J __
r u..r..u

_ J G K F
r u..r...u r

The only one left is H.
K F G J H
r u..r...u r

H J G K F
r u...r...u r

(A) Sure, the first frame.
(B) Sure, the second frame.
(C) This is our answer. H is not 4 in either frame.
(D) Sure, the first frame.
(E) Sure, the first frame.
