Q5

Hi there - I am having trouble with this last question. A, D, E all look kind of the same to me because they seem to all say that K or F must be in the first or second positions. Can I get an explanation? Thanks!

Hello! Here you go. And by the way, you can find the full diagram with question explanations (including this one) here: diagram-t8536.html

A) This is correct, and is the same as the previous rule: only K or F could be 1.
B) Too restrictive: K came after L in #4.
C) Too permissive: this allows L to be 1.
D) Too restrictive: K was allowed to be before F.
E) Too permissive: if K is 1, J and L are allowed to be before F.
