The conservationist explains that there haven't been many crashes. The pilot points out that the crashes have become more common and will probably continue to do so. Her point is to say that the statistics the conservationist used are misleading.
(A) notes just that!
(C) is too extreme. The pilot is not stating that ALL dangerous situations become more so with time. She's just talking about this situation, and she has specific reasons to believe the situation is becoming more dangerous.
while I'm at it:
(B) is out of scope -- motives?
(D) is out of scope -- moral principles?
(E) is unsupported. The pilot does not say that the conservationist's facts are inaccurate, just that the mislead.
Tell me if that clears it up.
