Why must she lecture on Tuesday?
Isn't it possible that she lectures on Wednesday and Friday and treats patients on Tuesday?

Re-read rule #3. It states she lectures on
consecutive
calendar days. Wednesday and Friday are not consecutive. Therefore, the only two options for lectures are Monday, Tuesday or Tuesday, Wednesday. Tuesday is repeated in this scenario.
